Michael d'alessandro |
Community builder, father, step-father, partner and active listener.
Likes: making espresso, making lists, writing, reading and making books, healthy communications, accountable leadership and washing dishes. Dislikes: privilege, rigidity as an exercise of power, idle expectations, stale peanuts, magazine subscriptions and dirty dishes. Michael comes to Olympic Angels after a decade of helping nonprofits to grow, maintain and build relationships. He believes that community begins with people who care for each other, and share resources, and wants to deepen his work by serving those in foster care. Michael has partnered to bring vital resources to organizations, and has stewarded the relationships to keep them healthy. He has a varied background in leadership and management, and has lived on the Olympic Peninsula since 2014 |
