Likes: Warm weather, coffee, helping others, music, inclusion Dislikes: Cold weather, judgment, arrogance, irresponsibility that impacts others Nikayla’s guiding philosophy in life is simple: everyone has something to offer, and we’re all capable of making a positive impact on others. With a deep love for her daughter, who is truly her whole heart, Nikayla is driven by a desire to create spaces where everyone—especially children—feel seen, valued, and supported. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2017, Nikayla has held a variety of roles, from administrative work to healthcare positions, and even nannying. Her diverse career reflects her passion for supporting families, working with kids, and strengthening her community. She believes that structure and play are equally important in fostering healthy growth, and she approaches challenges with the mindset that there’s always a silver lining to be found. Nikayla is excited to continue her work with Olympic Angels, where she anticipates building a lasting and impactful role in supporting children and families in need. She knows that life is rarely "one size fits all," but she believes there is always something anyone can do to make a difference. Whether it’s lending an ear, offering a helping hand, or simply sharing a laugh, she’s committed to spreading kindness and inclusion wherever she goes. Her life on the Peninsula has given her the opportunity to deepen her roots and expand her connections to the local community. Through it all, her heart is always focused on helping others, making the world a little warmer, and reminding people that they matter. |
