The High School Ambassador Program offers students a meaningful way to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families impacted by foster care.

​By creating awareness about the foster care community and sharing the hope of transformation through intentional, relationship-based support, student ambassadors help shape the future of foster care. The Ambassador Program gives high school students a meaningful opportunity to engage more deeply with the mission of Olympic Angels—while also supporting their personal, educational, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Other Requirements
To be considered for the Olympic Angels Student Ambassador Program, applicants must meet the following:

• Be a high school Junior or Senior during the school year of participation.
• Be in good academic standing.
• Demonstrate reliable communication and commitment to following through on responsibilities.
• Have an interest in social impact, community service, or advocacy.
• Have access to email and digital tools for communication and presentations.

What will you do as an ambassador?

As an Olympic Angels Student Ambassador, you will:

• Learn the basics of the foster care system and how Olympic Angels supports children, youth, and families.
• Present what you’ve learned to your peers, school clubs, or local groups to raise awareness.
• Lead a fundraiser to support Olympic Angels' programs in your community.
• Promote our mission on social media with an ambassador-approved post.
• Attend at least one Olympic Angels event—such as a volunteer appreciation, tabling, or Build-a-Box event.
• Connect with our staff through optional quarterly meet-ups 
• Track and submit your volunteer hours to receive a letter of recommendation and recognition.
