April has a history in grassroots nonprofit development. She comes to Olympic Angels passionate about advocating for youth. Through marketing efforts and community engagement, she hopes to shine a light on both the inequities and stories of hope in the foster care system.

April grew up in the midwest and spent another 20 years in Seattle and San Diego. She and her boys (one husband & three little stinkers) have lived on the Olympic Peninsula since 2017. She is involved in a few different youth-focused nonprofits’ good work, and has an eye for photography.
