STACY TONER

Sister. Auntie. Fairy godmother. Friend. Traveler.
Likes: Reading. Flowers. Laughing. Creating a peaceful space. Whale sharks.
Dislikes: Sarcasm. Short sightedness. Winter weather. Sand in my shoes.

Stacy is a 3rd generation Alaskan. There she is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and ran the state's Behavioral Health system for 13 years. Prior to that she managed the out-of-home care system for children in child protection and juvenile justice services. Her responsibilities included licensing, residential care, and out-of-state placement for children. Stacy also operated an emergency shelter, mobile crisis services, and family mediation services for children and youth in her hometown of Juneau. In Juneau, she was on hospital and community boards, and ran a commercial property business with her sister for 24 years.
